NEW SONIC DRIVE-IN
At 84TH And Holdridge
Opens Wednesday 9/15/04
With great anticipation we are pleased to announce that the new Sonic Drive-In at 84th and Holdridge will open its doors this WEDNESDAY (9/15/04). They will be open and ready for business with a full menu (including breakfast all day) from 10:00am to 11pm Mon.-Sun.
This makes the 3rd Sonic location in Lincoln and by far the most exciting.
The most exciting because it is one of the first of its kind anywhere. We will be offering 4 different ways to receive your food.
1) The traditional Sonic method - car hop service (skates included)
2) The most recent change – drive-thru service
3) Indoor dining with a telephone – like we have at north 27th Sonic but it is very rare for Sonics around the country
4) Counter Service!!!! – This is one of the only Sonics in the country to offer counter service.
Counter Service allows a guest to have face to face interaction with a Sonic Hop while making an order. We have tried to stay as true to the Sonic tradition as possible by having a Sonic Hop bring out your food after you order. “We truly think Lincoln has been asking for something like this from Sonic for a long time and after a long wait we are able to accommodate.
